“I want to preface this by saying I'm not usually someone who leaves reviews, but our experience with GlowForms over the past 10 months has genuinely changed how we run Marble & Co Nail Studio. The health history section lets us flag contraindications automatically, which our technicians have come to rely on before every session. Having every client's history searchable in seconds instead of digging through a filing cabinet has changed how we operate day to day. It sounds small, but it adds up over hundreds of appointments a month. The customization options go deeper than I expected. We added conditional questions that only show up depending on the service booked, which cut down on irrelevant questions for our simpler services. We handed an iPad to our newest hire on her first day, and she was collecting client signatures within the hour without any real training. Customer support has been consistently responsive. I've reached out a handful of times with formatting questions, and I usually hear back within a few hours, sometimes faster.
