Clients can complete everything from their phone in the parking lot before their appointment, which has been a huge time-saver, especially for first-time visitors who tend to arrive right at their appointment time. Being able to fully brand the forms with our logo, colors, and a welcome message has made the client experience feel more polished. A few clients at Ember Thread Threading & Brows have actually commented on how professional it looks. There was a small learning curve for a couple of our older staff members, though after about a week of use, they were navigating it just fine.”
