We added a specific patch-test consent step for new clients, and it's cut down on the follow-up phone calls we used to have to make the day before an appointment. Every form we send out now looks like it came from Moss Hollow Wellness Day Spa, not from a generic third-party tool, which matters more than I expected for a small business trying to look established.
