“I've owned my brow alchemy brow studio in Columbus for 6 years now, and until we found GlowForms, our client intake process was honestly a mess — clipboards, lost paperwork, and clients rushing through forms while sitting in the waiting area. The health history section lets us flag contraindications automatically, which our technicians have come to rely on before every session. Automated reminders before appointments have cut our no-show rate noticeably. Clients get a text the day before with a link to finish any outstanding forms, and it's made a real difference. Every form we send out now looks like it came from Brow Alchemy Brow Studio, not from a generic third-party tool, which matters more than I expected for a small business trying to look established. The mobile experience is genuinely good, which I can't say for most software aimed at small businesses. My staff pull up forms on an iPad at the front desk without any lag or weird formatting issues. The onboarding specialist actually walked us through setting up our first ten forms on a screen-share call, which made the whole transition feel much less overwhelming. The good stuff: - Photo/video consent built directly into the client file - E-signatures that are legally sound and time-stamped automatically - Custom consent forms built specifically for our service menu Minor drawbacks: - The reporting dashboard could be more detailed - A few template categories we had to build ourselves Bottom line: I don't write reviews often, but our experience has been positive enough that I wanted other small business owners in eyebrow salon to know it's worth trying.”
