The health history section lets us flag contraindications automatically, which our technicians have come to rely on before every session. Having every client's history searchable in seconds instead of digging through a filing cabinet has changed how we operate day to day. It sounds small, but it adds up over hundreds of appointments a month. We emailed support at 9pm on a weeknight about a form that wasn't saving properly, and someone actually replied before we opened the next morning. There was a small learning curve for a couple of our older staff members, though after about a week of use, they were navigating it just fine.”
