“I want to preface this by saying I'm not usually someone who leaves reviews, but our experience with GlowForms over the past 13 months has genuinely changed how we run Wisteria Lash Lounge. We added a specific patch-test consent step for new clients, and it's cut down on the follow-up phone calls we used to have to make the day before an appointment. I do wish there were a couple more template categories specific to our niche, though the customization tools made it easy enough to build what we needed from scratch. Would I recommend it to a fellow owner? Without hesitation. It's one of the few pieces of software in my business that actually does what it promised.”
