The mobile experience is genuinely good, which I can't say for most software aimed at small businesses. My staff pull up forms on an iPad at the front desk without any lag or weird formatting issues. Automated reminders before appointments have cut our no-show rate noticeably. Clients get a text the day before with a link to finish any outstanding forms, and it's made a real difference. Would I recommend it to a fellow owner? Without hesitation. It's one of the few pieces of software in my business that actually does what it promised.”
