We added a specific patch-test consent step for new clients, and it's cut down on the follow-up phone calls we used to have to make the day before an appointment. What sold me was how thorough the pre-built templates were for our industry. I didn't have to write a single waiver from scratch — I just customized the existing ones with our logo and a few questions specific to Rosewood Nail Studio. I do wish there were a couple more template categories specific to our niche, though the customization tools made it easy enough to build what we needed from scratch.”
