“My business partner found GlowForms after searching for something to replace our clunky spreadsheet-and-Google-Forms setup at Larkspur Hair Lounge, and I'm genuinely glad she did. The intake and consent forms are the real standout for us. We built out custom health history questionnaires specific to our services, and clients can fill them out on their phones before they even walk through the door. We migrated almost 8 years of paper records into the system during a slow week in January, and while tedious, it was worth it. Everything is finally in one searchable place. The customization options go deeper than I expected. We added conditional questions that only show up depending on the service booked, which cut down on irrelevant questions for our simpler services. We handed an iPad to our newest hire on her first day, and she was collecting client signatures within the hour without any real training. I'll admit their support response time was a little slower than I expected during our first week, but once we got past onboarding, every question I've had since has been answered quickly and thoroughly.
