“I want to preface this by saying I'm not usually someone who leaves reviews, but our experience with GlowForms over the past 14 months has genuinely changed how we run Copper Hair Studio. We migrated almost 10 years of paper records into the system during a slow week in January, and while tedious, it was worth it. Everything is finally in one searchable place. The customization options go deeper than I expected. We added conditional questions that only show up depending on the service booked, which cut down on irrelevant questions for our simpler services. Automated reminders before appointments have cut our no-show rate noticeably. Clients get a text the day before with a link to finish any outstanding forms, and it's made a real difference. I don't write reviews often, but our experience has been positive enough that I wanted other small business owners in hair salon to know it's worth trying.”
