“I've tried at least three other client intake platforms before landing on GlowForms for Midnight Lash Atelier, and honestly, I wish I'd found this one first. Every new client at Midnight Lash Atelier fills out their intake form remotely before their first visit now, which means we're not losing five to ten minutes of appointment time to paperwork anymore. The pricing tiers make sense for a business our size. We're on the mid-tier plan and haven't felt like we're missing features that should be standard. I was worried the mobile version would feel like an afterthought, but it's actually just as functional as the desktop version. Our older clients have had no trouble navigating it either, which honestly surprised me. Would I recommend it to a fellow owner? Without hesitation. It's one of the few pieces of software in my business that actually does what it promised.”
