“I want to preface this by saying I'm not usually someone who leaves reviews, but our experience with GlowForms over the past 8 months has genuinely changed how we run Grandview Beauty Bar. We use the photo consent forms for before-and-after pictures constantly, and having that built directly into the client's file instead of a separate paper form has saved us from at least one awkward situation. The time savings alone justify the cost. I'd estimate we're saving close to two hours a week just from not manually filing and re-filing paper forms. The customization options go deeper than I expected. We added conditional questions that only show up depending on the service booked, which cut down on irrelevant questions for our simpler services. I was worried the mobile version would feel like an afterthought, but it's actually just as functional as the desktop version. Our older clients have had no trouble navigating it either, which honestly surprised me. I'll admit their support response time was a little slower than I expected during our first week, but once we got past onboarding, every question I've had since has been answered quickly and thoroughly. Highlights so far: - Photo/video consent built directly into the client file - Branded templates that match Grandview Beauty Bar's look and feel - Automated appointment reminders that link directly to outstanding forms - The ability to update a form for every client at once when our policies changed A few bumps along the way: - A small price increase after the first year that wasn't clearly flagged in advance - A few template categories we had to build ourselves Bottom line: 8 months in, we haven't looked back. It's become as essential to our daily operations as our booking calendar.”
