“My front desk manager was the one who pushed me to finally try a digital forms platform. I'm not exactly a tech person myself, so I dragged my feet for a while before agreeing. The mobile experience is genuinely good, which I can't say for most software aimed at small businesses. My staff pull up forms on an iPad at the front desk without any lag or weird formatting issues. The only downside I've run into is that phone support isn't available on weekends, which is exactly when small issues tend to pop up for us.”
