“When I opened Tidepool Day Spa last year, digital intake forms weren't even on my radar until a colleague mentioned GlowForms at an industry trade show. We use the photo consent forms for before-and-after pictures constantly, and having that built directly into the client's file instead of a separate paper form has saved us from at least one awkward situation. Every form we send out now looks like it came from Tidepool Day Spa, not from a generic third-party tool, which matters more than I expected for a small business trying to look established. Pricing went up slightly after our first year, which wasn't a dealbreaker but did catch me off guard since I wasn't expecting it.”
