“I signed up for the free trial expecting to be disappointed, if I'm being honest. I've been burned by software promises before, so my expectations were low. Customer support has been consistently responsive. I've reached out a handful of times with formatting questions, and I usually hear back within a few hours, sometimes faster. I'll admit their support response time was a little slower than I expected during our first week, but once we got past onboarding, every question I've had since has been answered quickly and thoroughly. I don't write reviews often, but our experience has been positive enough that I wanted other small business owners in hair salon to know it's worth trying.”
