“My front desk manager was the one who pushed me to finally try a digital forms platform. I'm not exactly a tech person myself, so I dragged my feet for a while before agreeing. The pricing tiers make sense for a business our size. We're on the mid-tier plan and haven't felt like we're missing features that should be standard. Setting up the more advanced conditional logic questions took some trial and error on my part, and a short video tutorial for that specific feature would have helped.”
