“I signed up for the free trial expecting to be disappointed, if I'm being honest. I've been burned by software promises before, so my expectations were low. The pricing tiers make sense for a business our size. We're on the mid-tier plan and haven't felt like we're missing features that should be standard. The onboarding specialist actually walked us through setting up our first ten forms on a screen-share call, which made the whole transition feel much less overwhelming. I'll admit their support response time was a little slower than I expected during our first week, but once we got past onboarding, every question I've had since has been answered quickly and thoroughly. We're a small operation, and I was worried a platform like this would be overkill, but it's scaled with us nicely as Tidepool Spa Retreat has grown.”
