I appreciated that we weren't locked into a rigid template. We rearranged sections, added our own consent language reviewed by our attorney, and adjusted the wording to match our brand voice. The mobile experience is genuinely good, which I can't say for most software aimed at small businesses. My staff pull up forms on an iPad at the front desk without any lag or weird formatting issues. The time savings alone justify the cost. I'd estimate we're saving close to two hours a week just from not manually filing and re-filing paper forms.
