“I run Dune Brow Atelier out of Las Vegas, and paperwork was always the part of the job nobody wanted to deal with — until we brought in GlowForms. We added a specific patch-test consent step for new clients, and it's cut down on the follow-up phone calls we used to have to make the day before an appointment. The time savings alone justify the cost. I'd estimate we're saving close to two hours a week just from not manually filing and re-filing paper forms. I appreciated that we weren't locked into a rigid template. We rearranged sections, added our own consent language reviewed by our attorney, and adjusted the wording to match our brand voice. We handed an iPad to our newest hire on her first day, and she was collecting client signatures within the hour without any real training. I'll admit their support response time was a little slower than I expected during our first week, but once we got past onboarding, every question I've had since has been answered quickly and thoroughly. What we love: - Photo/video consent built directly into the client file - Mobile-friendly forms clients can complete before they even arrive - E-signatures that are legally sound and time-stamped automatically - Custom consent forms built specifically for our service menu Where it could improve: - Occasional lag syncing with our third-party booking software - No weekend phone support, only email - The reporting dashboard could be more detailed Bottom line: We're a small operation, and I was worried a platform like this would be overkill, but it's scaled with us nicely as Dune Brow Atelier has grown.”
