The health history section lets us flag contraindications automatically, which our technicians have come to rely on before every session. We migrated almost 3 years of paper records into the system during a slow week in January, and while tedious, it was worth it. Everything is finally in one searchable place. What sold me was how thorough the pre-built templates were for our industry. I didn't have to write a single waiver from scratch — I just customized the existing ones with our logo and a few questions specific to Willowbrook Bodywork. There was a small learning curve for a couple of our older staff members, though after about a week of use, they were navigating it just fine.”
