“We've been in business for 7 years, and this is the first piece of software that every single one of our 3 staff members has actually liked using. I was worried the mobile version would feel like an afterthought, but it's actually just as functional as the desktop version. Our older clients have had no trouble navigating it either, which honestly surprised me. The customization options go deeper than I expected. We added conditional questions that only show up depending on the service booked, which cut down on irrelevant questions for our simpler services. The mobile experience is genuinely good, which I can't say for most software aimed at small businesses. My staff pull up forms on an iPad at the front desk without any lag or weird formatting issues. I don't write reviews often, but our experience has been positive enough that I wanted other small business owners in waxing salon to know it's worth trying.”
