We handed an iPad to our newest hire on her first day, and she was collecting client signatures within the hour without any real training. Clients can complete everything from their phone in the parking lot before their appointment, which has been a huge time-saver, especially for first-time visitors who tend to arrive right at their appointment time. It's not the cheapest option on the market, but compared to the hours we were losing to paperwork and the risk of missing liability information, it pays for itself quickly.
