Every form we send out now looks like it came from Aurora Skin Bar, not from a generic third-party tool, which matters more than I expected for a small business trying to look established. The mobile experience is genuinely good, which I can't say for most software aimed at small businesses. My staff pull up forms on an iPad at the front desk without any lag or weird formatting issues. We emailed support at 9pm on a weeknight about a form that wasn't saving properly, and someone actually replied before we opened the next morning.
