“Our front desk used to spend the first ten minutes of every single appointment just handing out clipboards and chasing down signatures, which was eating into our actual service time. The e-signature feature works flawlessly. Clients sign on their own device, and it's timestamped and stored automatically, so we're never scrambling to prove a waiver was signed. The time savings alone justify the cost. I'd estimate we're saving close to two hours a week just from not manually filing and re-filing paper forms. I appreciated that we weren't locked into a rigid template. We rearranged sections, added our own consent language reviewed by our attorney, and adjusted the wording to match our brand voice. We handed an iPad to our newest hire on her first day, and she was collecting client signatures within the hour without any real training. I'll admit their support response time was a little slower than I expected during our first week, but once we got past onboarding, every question I've had since has been answered quickly and thoroughly.
