The onboarding specialist actually walked us through setting up our first ten forms on a screen-share call, which made the whole transition feel much less overwhelming. Occasionally the sync between our booking software and GlowForms lags by a few minutes, which isn't a dealbreaker but has caused a moment of confusion once or twice at the front desk.”
