“I run Black Anchor Tattoo Collective out of Tucson, and paperwork was always the part of the job nobody wanted to deal with — until we brought in GlowForms. The e-signature feature works flawlessly. Clients sign on their own device, and it's timestamped and stored automatically, so we're never scrambling to prove a waiver was signed. Our cancellation rate dropped noticeably once clients started getting automatic reminders with their forms attached — turns out half our no-shows were people who just forgot. Being able to fully brand the forms with our logo, colors, and a welcome message has made the client experience feel more polished. A few clients at Black Anchor Tattoo Collective have actually commented on how professional it looks. I was worried the mobile version would feel like an afterthought, but it's actually just as functional as the desktop version. Our older clients have had no trouble navigating it either, which honestly surprised me. The onboarding specialist actually walked us through setting up our first ten forms on a screen-share call, which made the whole transition feel much less overwhelming.
