Having every client's history searchable in seconds instead of digging through a filing cabinet has changed how we operate day to day. It sounds small, but it adds up over hundreds of appointments a month. Being able to fully brand the forms with our logo, colors, and a welcome message has made the client experience feel more polished. A few clients at Ember Thread Threading Bar have actually commented on how professional it looks. I was worried the mobile version would feel like an afterthought, but it's actually just as functional as the desktop version.
