We've been in business for 10 years, and this is the first piece of software that every single one of our 8 staff members has actually liked using. It's not the cheapest option on the market, but compared to the hours we were losing to paperwork and the risk of missing liability information, it pays for itself quickly. Clients can complete everything from their phone in the parking lot before their appointment, which has been a huge time-saver, especially for first-time visitors who tend to arrive right at their appointment time. The onboarding specialist actually walked us through setting up our first ten forms on a screen-share call, which made the whole transition feel much less overwhelming. The mobile app could use a slightly more intuitive navigation menu — it took me longer than I'd like to find where archived forms were stored the first time.

As the owner of a small massage therapy here in Houston, I was skeptical about switching from paper to digital forms. A lot of my regulars aren't exactly tech-savvy, so I worried this would just create more confusion. Being able to fully brand the forms with our logo, colors, and a welcome message has made the client experience feel more polished. A few clients at Evergreen Massage & Wellness have actually commented on how professional it looks. The mobile experience is genuinely good, which I can't say for most software aimed at small businesses. My staff pull up forms on an iPad at the front desk without any lag or weird formatting issues. It's not the cheapest option on the market, but compared to the hours we were losing to paperwork and the risk of missing liability information, it pays for itself quickly. We're a small operation, and I was worried a platform like this would be overkill, but it's scaled with us nicely as Evergreen Massage & Wellness has grown.
